📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

• Continental U.S.

• Alaska & Hawaii

• APO/FPO addresses (via USPS)

International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working on it!

🕒 Processing Time

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

• Processing time: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

📦 Delivery Time & Methods

Note: Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and shipping volume (especially during peak seasons).

💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

• Flat-rate and expedited options available during checkout

📦 Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track the status at any time using the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, contact us at contact@prodigypaint.store.

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct information. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues (weather, strikes, misrouting, etc.)

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

• Customs clearance (if international becomes available in the future)
